Trained in prestigious hotels in Mallorca such as Jumeirah, St. Regis and Sheraton, his tireless passion for cooking took him to Barcelona, where he worked at the Hotel Omm under the guidance of the Roca brothers, and then to London with the Azumi group, at the Roka restaurant, specialising in Japanese cuisine and robatayaki. Japan, his great inspiration, won his heart and now he wins ours with every dish served with excellence at Kasui.

Beginnings
On September 19, 2019, Kasui opens its doors in an iconic location in the center of Palma, Plaza Raimundo Clar. Miki, working in a Japanese restaurant in London, started the idea of setting up his own business in Mallorca. Kasui is fusion cuisine inspired by robatayaki cuisine and street food stalls from Southeast Asia.

Both its culture and its gastronomy are steeped in a fascinating history and bringing a little piece of it to our island is a dream come true.
